Return & Exchange

1. For returns/exchange, kindly notify us within the first 24 hours after the receipt of merchandise by writing to us at illamdecors.co@gmail.com with images of the same.
2. Unfortunately, we do not provide free pick for your return/exchange.
3. The shipping charges in case of return/exchange must be taken care by the customer.
4. All refunds or exchanges will be made within 7-15 working days subject to the specifications from the payment gateway.
5. A refund or exchange will only be provided for those products that are returned in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging.
